[email protected] declares engines.node: ^24.11.0 and uses RegExp.escape,
a Node 24+ builtin. Every scheduled run on Node 22 has been crashing on
an unhandled rejection while loading the bazel manager, before Renovate
does any repo scanning:

ERROR: unhandledRejection
"err": {"message": "RegExp.escape is not a function"}
TypeError: RegExp.escape is not a function
at .../renovate/lib/modules/manager/bazel/rules/http.ts:39:42

Because it's an unhandled rejection rather than a caught fatal error,
the npx process still exits 0, so every run has shown as a successful
job in Actions while doing nothing (verified across three consecutive
daily runs). No PRs or Dependency Dashboard issue have ever been
created for balam since Renovate was added.
